Surface treatment
At Alteams, we make sure your aluminium casting parts start with the best possible surfaces. Standard processes like tumbling with ceramic stones or shot blasting create smooth, even surfaces that are ready for the final finish.
To further protect your products, we help you to increase the cast corrosion resistance with passivation (Surtec 650 and E-Clps). Choosing the right aluminium alloy is key, and when paired with our passivation process, it can significantly increase the lifespan of your components.
We handle these processes in-house and work with trusted local partners, giving you reliable, high-quality results every time—so your products perform better and last longer.

Wet / Powder / CED Painting
Painting, either wet or powder painting will finalize the smooth and visual surface for your cast product. Powder coating is widely used for cast components as it’s an easy and fast way to get product image different.
We can help you select the right paint system based on your product’s requirements—whether it’s designed for internal or external use. Painting is carried out in-house or through our trusted local partners to ensure consistent quality and short lead times.
We also provide CED (Cathodic Electro Deposition) coating through our specialized partners, offering excellent corrosion resistance for demanding applications. Additionally, anodization is part of our surface-treatment portfolio.
Enhance the performance, protection, and appearance of your aluminium cast products with our comprehensive finishing solutions.
