Critical components—such as battery systems, electric drive units, sensors, and precision injection-molded parts—require environments where even micron-level dust or chemical pollutants are eliminated. Any contamination can increase defect rates and reduce product reliability.

To meet the strict cleanliness standards of global automotive OEMs, Alteams has established specialized dust-free cleanrooms in our Suzhou facility. These cleanrooms are engineered for fully controlled production environments, stable processes, and consistently high product quality.

Design & Control Standards

• Zoned control by Class 100,000 and Class 10,000 areas.
• Pressure gradients prevent airflow backtracking and cross-contamination.
• Real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and particulates.

• Three stage filtration (primary, medium, HEPA) with ≥99.99% efficiency for ≥0.5μm particles.
• ≥20 air changes per hour for uniform, dead-angle-free cleanliness.

Anti-static epoxy flooring and powder-coated steel panels for low dust and high corrosion resistance.

• Positive pressure to block external pollutants.
• ISO-based validation of cleanliness, airflow, and equipment performance.
