Through advanced simulation analysis, we can identify whether your manufacturing process might benefit from additional techniques, such as methods to minimize porosity in aluminium parts.
At the beginning of every tooling design process, we run extensive casting simulations with simulation software. This allows us to optimize the mould, for example, for optimal gating, feeding and solidification.
