Advanced 3D Verification
At Alteams Suzhou, we’ve added a new scanning capability to enhance precision: cast parts or H13 cavities can be scanned and compared directly to the 3D model.
- Differences are visually displayed on a color scale, making distortions easy to spot.
- Ensures no missing features from tooling or CNC machining.
- Verifies CNC stock additions or removals for exact conformity.
