Komo Chen is our Pilot Round Supervisor at Alteams Suzhou, China. Since joining in 2009, he has led projects and grown alongside the company over the past 16 years. Komo is sharing with us his experiences, his work, and what drives his motivation every day.
Current Role & Responsibilities
The company has given me a wide range of opportunities to develop. Early in my career, I worked as a Production Planner in the SCM Department, which helped me gain a deep understanding of how the company operates. In 2014, I embraced an internal transfer to the Project Engineering Department. Since then, I’ve been leading the pilot production team, ensuring that every project moves smoothly from blueprint to reality. I truly believe that my growth has been possible thanks to the company’s supportive environment and the opportunities it has provided.
Personal Interests & Motivation
Outside of work, rock music is my passion and source of energy. I believe that both work and life require the same dedication and enthusiasm—the spirit of "One Love, One Vibe!" keeps me motivated every day.
